Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if production has not started. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Disputes
To help prevent repeated payment issues and disputes, if a customer files a chargeback, dispute, or claim instead of contacting us regarding their order, we reserve the right to decline future orders using the same payment method and/or customer information. This is a standard business policy to protect against chargebacks and ensure smooth processing.
