Shipping Policy
Please note that this is a one-person operation, and all products are made to order with a 14-18 business day turnaround time currently during the holidays (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS) for Decks and a 18-22 business day turnaround for Concrete Obstacles. Tracking information is sent automatically once your order has shipped. Please do not expect a tracking number before the 18th business day.
“Made to order” means your item is not created until after you place your order. Because each product is crafted in weekly batches that can vary in volume, production requires additional time before shipping can occur.
Turnaround times may vary during peak seasons or periods of high order volume. Holiday demand or an unusually large queue may extend processing times beyond the standard estimates. Each item is crafted with care and as efficiently as possible without risking quality, I truly appreciate your patience and respect of the process.
Please do not expect a tracking number before the 18th business day. To keep production moving efficiently for all customers, please do not request order updates before the 18th business day. Business days DO NOT include Saturdays or Sundays.
Early status inquiries (order updates) slow down the production process for all customers. Messages sent before the 18th business day may be ignored or may not receive a response. Rest assured, you will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Schedule
Orders ship every Monday and Friday through scheduled USPS and UPS pickups. If your 18-business-day mark falls between those days, your order ships on the next shipping day. (Example: Ready on Tuesday → Ships Friday.)
Once an order is transferred to USPS, UPS, or any shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control. Transit times (domestic or international) may vary, especially during holidays or high-volume periods.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, and delays caused by the carrier or customs are not the responsibility of our business.
For inquiries regarding in-transit packages, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for responses to messages. Response times apply to business days only (Monday–Friday). Messages sent on Saturdays or Sundays or Holidays will be addressed starting on the next business day. I do my best to reply promptly, but message volume and production demands may affect response times.
I believe in mutual respect and appreciate kind, understanding customers that respect the process. Any messages that are rude, pushy, disrespectful, or inappropriate may result in your order being canceled without notice and will not receive a response.

Custom Order Policy
When selecting the “Custom” option for the shape of your board, you have 48 hours from the time of purchase to specify your preferred shape. If no shape is specified within this timeframe, the board will default to our most common cruiser shape or be chosen at our discretion. Once the board is in production, no further changes can be made.
If you intended to add customization to your board but did not purchase the customization add-on at checkout, you have 48 hours to purchase the add-on and provide customization details. If the add-on is not purchased within this period, your board will be produced and shipped as originally ordered.
No exceptions will be made once the 48-hour window has passed. Please ensure all custom requests and add-ons are completed within the given timeframe.
